I give consent to Sports Central (Manila), Inc., its affiliates and its service group (“Sports Central”) to collect and process my personal data pursuant to its Privacy Notice and to record and use my name, statements, image, video, voice, or any combination thereof for marketing and promotional campaigns (“Purposes”).

 I agree that all such images, video or audio recordings and any reproduction thereof (“Materials”), including all intellectual property rights arising therefrom, shall remain the absolute property of Sports Central and may use it as it sees fit.  I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the Materials. I understand that this consent is legally binding, irrevocable and perpetual. I understand and agree that I will not receive any renumeration or royalties from the use of the Materials or any final output using said Materials.

 I further authorize Sports Central to use and publish said Materials in its social media accounts, other social media platforms, including in official websites and mobile applications in furtherance of the abovementioned Purposes and for any other legitimate purpose.
