Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Reebok Philippines

Reebok has the right to cancel transactions due to the following transaction types:

  1. Customer does not provide complete shipping address upon check-out. 
  2. Orders with shipping addresses located beyond the coverage or our third-party logistic partner, LBC. 
  3. Limitations on availability, quality and quantity of ordered item.
  4. Errors in product pricing information.
  5. Fraudulent transactions as identified by our credit and fraud avoidance team.
  6. Cancelled by our system due to payment failure.
  7. Caused by system error/glitches.

 

Cancellation by Customer

Should customer wish to cancel his/her order, customer should email support@reebok.ph immediately. Cancellation due to change of mind of customer on purchased product and yet item is in good condition will not be entertained.

 

Allowable Window for Cancellation

  1. Customer is allowed to cancel his/her order/s within 1 hour from the time order has been placed. 
  2. Cancellation will not be allowed if order has been handed over to our partner 3PL and undergone shipping.
