Challenge yourself and compete in the Nano Trials, where you can get a chance win your own Nano X4 Kit along with PHP30,000 gift certificate and other prizes in the finals!
It's time to put your skills to the test, whether you’re an athlete or just actively training. All levels are invited to test their agility, strength, balance and speed in this competition, and will be rewarded when they reach the finals.

The 50 top entries will be selected to compete face-to-face at the HMD Fitness Gym, Paranaque, on November 17, 2024, Sunday at the HMD Gym. The top 16 competitors with the best scores will be chosen and will automatically be fitted with their very own Nano X4 Kit. These 16 competitors will compete in the finals for a chance at the P30,000 in gift certificates and other prizes.

This event is organized by TWT Movement and brought to you by Wheyl and Cryoflex.
EVENT MECHANICS:
1) Participants must register using the link provided. Registrants will receive instructions on the requirements, and will need to submit their videos to be able to qualify join the qualifier.
2) Participants will be judged based on callisthenic exercises focused on agility, speed, balance, and strength.
3) A video containing the challenges must be submitted. Participants may also upload their own videos on their social accounts like YouTube and provide the link in their registration entry form.
4) In case, the participant wants to physically qualify, these gyms will accept walk-in registered participants on these dates on a first come, first served basis:

5) Qualified participants will be sent an email in case he or she qualifies. A total of 50 participants will be chosen to compete in the semi-final round on November 17, 2024, 9:00 am at the HMD Fitness Gym in Paranaque.
6) A total of 16 finalists will be chosen in the final round – 8 men and 8 women. These finalists will compete in the final challenge wearing the Reebok Nano X4, with a chance of winning the P30,000 Reebok gift certificate. A total of 2 winners will be chosen – 1 male and 1 female.
RULES:
1) The judges’ ruling are final.
2) In the event of a tie, another challenge will be given to winners as tie breaker.
3) The Nano X4 Kits and gift certificates are not convertible to cash.
Prizes:
The Nano Kit for the 16 semi-finalists include:
- One (1) pair of Reebok Nano X4
- One (1) Reebok performance tee
- One (1) Reebok performance shorts.
*Style and color of the tees may be subject to change from posted image.
For the Finals, a P30,000 gc will be awarded to each of the 2 winners – 1 winner Men's Division, 1 winner Women's Division
2nd place will get Php 20,000 Reebok gift certificate for both Men's and Women's Division

- 30sec rest
- 1min Max Rep Dumbbell Push Jerks
- 30sec rest
- 1min Max Rep Devil's Press
Equipment Needed:
- Stopwatch or timer
- Dumbbells
- Men: 25 lbs
- Women: 15 lbs
- Camera or smartphone for video recording
- Tape

FAQ's:
Can I participate even if I have no experience?
Yes, this challenge is open to all weight classes, regardless of gender. All exercises offered will focus on agility, endurance and speed.
I have already registered where do i send my entry?
To submit your qualifier videos for the Reebok Nano Trials:
Upload your videos to YouTube (set to Public or Unlisted). Copy the video link. Email the link + your scores (Score 1, 2, & 3) to twtmvmnt@gmail.com with the subject: "Nano Trials Qualifier: [Your First Name] [Your Last Name]."
How will I know if I qualified?
The full list of qualifiers will be posted at Reebok Philippines official IG and FB pages on November 4, 2024. We will also get in touch to confirm your attendance in the event.
I want to use a heavier weight with my dumbbell exercises, is that possible?
Yes, as long as you are using weights higher than 25 (twenty five) pounds for men and 15 (fifteen) pounds for women.
